Please: NO Sales Work, NO Investment Opportunities, NO Uber - NO day trading - NO platforms - NO pay to play - NO scams, NO long distance deals – MUST be able to meet you in person and verify you and your business before anything. I am Not seeking a F/T job. I’m available P/T, by arrangement on a 1099 independent contractor basis for help with paperwork and more.
* I’m fully computer literate, I maintain my own Adobe Pro and Microsoft 365. I can be an asset to business owners or contractors that may be lacking time and computer skills. Again, I may be able to help you get your distressed business in order, or it may be possible to help you to reopen a newly purchased but distressed business.
* Can help contractors/business owners to get Tax Ready, I can scan, separate and organize those boxes of receipts for your accountant (I’d be less expensive) using a calculator, spreadsheets, cover sheets, etc. if you happen to be so out of order that you don’t know where to start. I trained as a tax preparer in 2020-2021 with an HEB area tax chain franchise owner, I’ve previously held a PTIN number too.

My Experience:
Most recently, I was one of the three founding members of a now nationally recognized trust management firm. At that firm, I drafted irrevocable spendthrift trust documents and accompanying paperwork, served as office manager, payroll clerk, agent recruiter/manager, assistant to the company owner, trained new hires, was the after school driver/caretaker for the owner’s children, etc. I office with and still help the original founding attorney from the above mentioned trust firm, I help as his legal assistant, as needed for Real Estate transfer paperwork, and more. He and I helped to build the foundation for the above-mentioned trust company, and we still work on selected projects together. I also have experience with the transportation (trucking and limousine) industry, and I also have extensive experience with the home remodeling business.
I work from my own office that I lease from a Bedford law firm. I also have an attorney-at-law as an office mate, he and I have worked together as a team for the last few years. In other words, if you have problems that require professional intervention, I might have an additional resource available for you.
