Our family loves to find plant-based meals to add into our weekly routine. While we are not Vegan, I have finally convinced my carnivores that even cave men only at meat a few times a week. Because we are already dairy free because of allergies, Vegan meals are really such a great fit for our family. A diet that is primary plant-based meals is not only healthier, but it tends to be much less expensive too! Meat and dairy are typically the most expensive parts of a meal.
